OYSTER SHUCKING TIPS
STEP ONE
Place finger on tip of oyster knife.
STEP TWO
Find the hing at the base of oyster and insert knife, while pushing give the knife a little wiggle back and forth.
STEP THREE
Once opened slide the blade of the knife along the right hand side of oyster.
STEP FOUR
Once you find and cut the top muscle remove the oyster lid.
STEP FIVE
Place knife under the oyster and cut the muscle from the inside of oyster shell.
STEP SIX
Turn and wash oyster under clean fresh water and place back into shell for presentation.
